The Ipsen Super TurboTreater® is a superior vacuum furnace designed for larger load capacities for the processing of dies, tools, and parts with complicated geometries

Super TurboTreater® is the industry's premium, top-of-the-line large vacuum furnace. It applies all of the superior TurboTreater® technology to improve processing of larger dies, tools, and parts with complex geometries. It's effective for larger, heavier loads with features such as:
  • Multi-directional cooling and isothermal hold functionality (7 possible cooling modes and cooling gas flow is programmable for various geometric loads and part sizes)
  • Highly reliable water-cooled motor to improve hardening performance for heavy loads
  • Convection-assisted heating combined with Flapper Nozzle™ technology that reduces cycle time and improves temperature uniformity during heat up
  • Excellent quench speed to allow heat treatment that exceeds the latest GM die block heat treatment specifications
The Flapper Nozzle™ is a revolutionary design, when used with our convection-assisted heating technology. A cooling gas injection port, the Flapper Nozzle™ is simple and reliable. It requires no complex linkage or actuation mechanism. This design reduces heat loss from the hot zone while improving temperature uniformity during heating. Convection heating has been demonstrated to dramatically reduce cycle time, especially for large cross sections or dense loads. These superior technologies also decrease energy consumption, saving both time and money in addition to reducing maintenance worries and expenses.
